Young Apprentice Program

With focus in the formation of new professionals, Usina Batatais perform the Young Apprentice Program in a partnership with SENAI (National Service of Industrial Learning). The project´s purpose is to provide the initiates the fundamental competences to their theoretical and technical development, facilitating their inclusion in the labor market.

The program is offered to the collaborators children who are from 14 to 24 years old. The learners must be studying either in high school or any technical course in automotive or industrial maintenance.
