Trainee Program

The Trainee Program, held since 2003 at the Usina Batatais, can also be understood as a vocational training project.

At the Usina Batatais, the project reaches professionals of the three major areas: Agricultural, Industrial, and Administrative. The program has officially an extension of two year, but the duration can be ajusted according to the trainee adaptation to the activities and results obtained in the company. Candidates who are getting close to graduation can apply to the positions opened in each season.
